Spotted a mistake or some damaged tiles?
No problem - inform TilesHub within 2 working days from delivery. We’ll send replacements or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Please fill in our Damages Form and attach photos of the damaged tiles.
We do suggest keeping damaged tiles for cuts on your project, if possible. This will avoid extra tiles waste.
With TilesHub affordable prices and handpicked stock - we are unable to accept back any leftover returns. Batches vary slightly in colour etc.
You have the right to return anything you are no longer happy with. The goods must be returned in the original packaging to our main distribution warehouse.
You’ll need to arrange and be responsible for transport and insurance of the goods. This must be done within 30 days of your writing to us to end our contract. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and certainly within 14 days of our receiving the return. Deductions on your refund include the price of any tiles that aren’t fit for reselling, the original delivery charges and a 20% restocking fee.
In our hope to be able to refund you as much as possible, we recommend you ensure the tiles are on the pallet they were delivered on. Then securely fasten them so they’re not able to move around.
Want to cover yourself against damage that may be caused in transit? Take a couple of photographs of the items before they are fully wrapped, when they are wrapped and then again as they are collected/sent. Because of batching issues etc, we can only accept returns within 30 days of the tiles being delivered.
Items that have been specially ordered for a customers’ specific needs cannot be returned for a refund.
