Delivery Service

Due to Covid-19, the delivery services in the UK has been impacted significantly. In certain situations, some orders may experience a slight delay.
Please rest assured that we will do our best to provide accurate information during the delivery process.


 
Delivery Service
 
Delivery is currently restricted to the Mainland UK.

 
We offer kerbside delivery within the UK using a local delivery service.


This means the delivery driver will not necessarily deliver the order to your front door or driveway. They are not insured to enter into your property, open the order or helping to handle any tiles.


We do recommend arranging for help to move your order into your property as tiles are heavy and some boxes can weigh up to 35kg. 
 




Delivery Process
 
Once we’ve dispatched your order, you will receive a tracking number by email to know when to expect your delivery.
 

Your delivery will need to be signed for on arrival, so please ensure you’re present and correct. Or have chosen someone to be at your address to accept delivery of the tiles. If nobody’s able to accept delivery, this may result in your tiles returning to us. As a result, any charges for redelivery will need to be paid by you. 

Where possible, please ensure that any hazards that may prevent your delivery from being taken off the lorry are removed.  

If there are immovable hazards or obstructions (e.g. steps or uneven gravel paths or driveways), or if your property has limited or difficult access, please let us know in the delivery restrictions comment box. The tiles will become your responsibility at the point of delivery.


We do work with trusted and high standard companies, but sometimes damage can happen to any order due to transit. 


If you see or suspect any damages...

Please report them to us within 24 hours; take a photo of the damage, make notes on the delivery note and fill out our Damages Form. 


We do suggest keeping damaged tiles for cuts on your project, if possible. This will avoid extra tiles waste.


Once we have received and checked your form, we can dispatch free replacements or credit you back the amount of the damaged tiles.


 


Delivery Options

Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days.
 
Free delivery, on orders of £300 or more.
 
Delivery charge of £39.99 applies to orders below £300.
 


Next-Day Delivery

For next-day delivery, there is a charge of £44.99, your order must be placed before 13:00
